I’ve been in Stirling the last three days doing some work, but I did manage to carve out some time to have a wander around. I’m sitting here typing this note in the dark because the lights have blown in my hotel room. I would call to have it fixed, but I’m checking out in an hour, so I figured I can manage off the emergency light in the room.

I spent yesterday down in Oxford visiting an old friend. We were having summer in October, which is a nice change and loads of people were out taking advantage of the 28C temp.
